Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. On February 29th, 2020 Sandra Lee Phillips rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings.

Sandra was born on July 21, 1969 to Sammie and Loretta Harrington of Nashville. She was best known for her dedication as a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She is preceded in death by sister, Lisa Phillips. She is survived by daughters Crystal Ammons, Sierra Phillips, Autumn Phillips, and Kayla Jones. Grandchildren, Blakley Kate Ammons and Eastin Wyatt Hunter. Sisters, Tonya Harrington and Samantha Sanders.

Sandra was a compassionate spirit whose passion was caring for others. She was such a giving person throughout her life and continued that in death through the gift of organs, eyes, and tissue donation.

Her family invites the community to join them for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. Visitation will at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home on Friday March 6th 4-8pm and Saturday March 7th 10-2pm. The service will begin at 2pm on Saturday March 7th.
