Adelina Correia Azevedo

Adelina Correia Azevedo, age 79, passed away peaceful surrounded by her loving family on March 7, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born on May 8, 1945, to the late Manuel Correia Tavares and Conceicao de Oliveira Medeiros in St. Miguel, Portugal.

She is preceded in death by her parents listed above, her son John Clemente, brothers, Alvero and Fernando, and sisters-in-law, Alverina Gomes,.Adelina is survived by her loving husband of sixty-one years and 3 months Antonio Azevedo. Her memory will also be cherished by her loving children, Margarida (William), Almerinda, Manuel (April), Linda, and Evone (Brian); grandchildren, Hunter, Noel, Adelina, Mason, Marlena, Emma, Sarah, Jordan, Layton, Johnathan, Joseph,two great-grandchildren; brothers, Angelo (Druvalina) and Manuel; sisters-in-law,Maria Lyons,Virginia Azevedo and Do Angos. several nieces, nephews, and numerous friends with special friend to her husband (Nathan).

A visitation will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in the chapel of Harpeth Hills beginning at 1:30pm with burial to follow.
