JERNIGAN, Aileen Cecilia – Age 69 of Hendersonville, went to be with the Lord on September 9, 2012. Aileen was a beautiful, kind, generous big hearted woman with a Flare for Fashion. She had many hobbies but she was most passionate about reading and shopping with her girls. She loved her church, family and grandchildren. She was a faith based woman that attended church at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church for the past 25 years. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother and friend that will be truly missed. Preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Bruckert and Asilee Towns Bruckert. Survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Douglas W. Jernigan, adoring daughters, Sharon Knight Stan & Cindi Ordonez David; grandchildren, Karista Gallimore Chris, Dallas Knight, Zachary Ordonez & Lucy Ordonez; great-granchild, Elijah Gallimore. A Memorial Mass will be held 11am Friday at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. Visitation will be 10:00am - 11:00am at the church.
