Survived by mother, Ruby Walker Higgins; brother, Nick Katy Higgins; uncle, John Edd Mary Walker; aunts, Sue Nell Beasley, Mary Elizabeth Benson Broadway, Joy Walker Don Thompson; two nieces; numerous cousins. Allyson lived in Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Montana, and California, and resided in Nashville since 1973. She adored animals, especially cats, and admired great literature. Memorial service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
