Mr. Benny Joe Sones age 85, passed away Saturday December 15, 2018. He was born July 27, 1933 in Stephenville, Texas to the late Ray Sones, and Rena Epperson Sones.

Mr. Sones was a veteran of the Korean War, and worked in the entertainment business for over 40 years.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife Mona Dozier Sones. Brothers; Corky Sones, and Bill Sones.

Surviving are children; Connie (Gary) Pinkerton, Laura Sones, and Adam (Dana) Sones. Grandchildren; Cody, Taylor, Parker, and Sadie. Great grandchildren Ava, Xander, Harlan, and Dahlia.

Special friend Nancy Richey. Long times business partner for Eddie (Flo) Seals.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted Thursday December 20, 2018, at 11 AM in the chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment will be at 2 PM at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4PM until 8 PM at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
