HENLEY, Bernadette K.-age 69, passed away November 25, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. Bernadette was employed with Nashville Research Group for over 20 years. She loved life and always knew how to have a good time. Her smile was infectious. One of her great strengths was perseverance. She could always overcome anything. One of her most famous quotes was "It will all work out in the wash". She was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her brother, Eddie Kavanagh. She is survived by her daughter, Beth Henley; sons, Dennis Henley, Jr. and Chris Henley Kati; lifelong friend and caregiver, Dennis Strip Henley; grandchildren, Christopher Ligon, Abby Meek, Joshua Henley and Samantha Henley; great-grandchildren, Braylon, Ariel, and Dayton; brothers, Charles and James Kavanagh; sisters, Maura Maier, Ann Mandt, and Ellen Sydor. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. A Life Celebration gathering will be held after the service from 7-9:30p.m. at the Light House Event Center, located at 133 Sanders Ferry Road Hendersonville, TN 37075. 615 533 1677. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-6p.m. at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
