Betty Ann Sisk, a beloved resident of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on June 10, 2024. She was born on October 13, 1936, in the same city she called home throughout her life.
Betty Ann is preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Sisk; her son-in-law, Earl Kimbrough; and her granddaughter, Natalie Balaskey
Betty Ann is survived by her daughters, Pamela Kimbrough, Tanya (Eddie) Barnes, and Lorie (Kenny) Kimbrough; grandchildren, Joshua (Ashley) Kimbrough, Katy Dowlen, and Jessica (Tim) Kimbrough; great-grandchildren, Camden, Gracie, Evelynn, and Jameson; as well as her two cats, Hobo and BeBe.
Betty was a proud graduate of Bellevue High School and held dear the memories and friendships made there. Known for her kind and gentle nature, Betty touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A woman of diverse interests, Betty found joy in various pursuits. She was a dedicated member of the Eastern Star community, where she forged lasting connections and contributed her time and efforts. Betty's love for the outdoors was evident to all who knew her - whether she was casting a line while fishing, or tending to her garden, she found peace in the world around her. Betty Ann loved gardening and the flowers.
However, above all else, Betty cherished her family and animals the most. Her love knew no bounds when it came to those closest to her heart. Her compassion extended not only to humans but also to her furry companions that brought light into her life.
