Bill Carty

Bill Carty, age 64, of Charlotte, TN went to be with his heavenly father on July 22, 2021. He was born February 9, 1957, to the late Kenneth and Elizabeth Carty. Bill is also preceded in death by mother and father-in-law George and Ann Graves, Brother-in-law’s George W. Graves III, and Jimmy Graves.

Survived by loving wife of 35 years Sharon G. Carty, son Michael Steven (Aime) Carter, daughter Michelle (Josh) Hooper, grandsons Preston Carter, Tucker Carter, Reece Hooper, Blake Hooper, and Kade Hooper, brother Pat (Judy) Carty, nephews David Carty, Robert (Jennifer) Carty and numerous other loved ones.

Bill was a Christian man and a hard worker that never let anything hold him down. He loved riding his bikes and watching his grandsons play baseball and basketball. Most of all Bill loved his family and would do anything for them.

Visitation will be Monday July 26, 3:00-8:00 and Tuesday July 27, 9:00- 11:30 with a Celebration of Life at 11:30 and burial to follow all at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens 9090 Highway 100, Nashville TN 37221.

Pall Bearers include: Michael Carter, Josh Hooper, Preston Carter, Tucker Carter, Reece Hooper, Blake Hooper, Kade Hooper, Erin Keenan, Mark Montgomery.

Honorary pallbearers include: Creekwood Baseball Team and Cheatham Co. Basketball Team
