Billie Sue Kelly, born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 20, 1948 and resided in Lebanon, TN, passed away March 14, 2019 at the age of 70.

Mrs. Kelly was preceded in death by her parents, John L. Russell and Laura Louise Rose Russell, and her husband of 10 wonderful years, Thomas B. Kelly, Sr.; Brothers, Gene Rose, Forrest Russell, and Bobby Russell; Sisters, Wanda Hullet, Martha Taylor, and Linda Williams.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennie L. Smith (Alan) and son, Thomas Kelly, Jr. (Cindy); sisters, Dot Eanes and Corrine Burnett; 6 grandchildren, Josh and Jeremy Humphrey, Henry and John Melo, Chelsea Boike, and Haley Zawicki; 5 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Her Faith is who she was and what she was all about. She loved the Lord and she cherished her family. Mrs. Kelly welcomed everyone into her home and they were surely to be delighted by her timeless homemade candies and warm cornbread that was the best. In her younger days she and her husband Thomas Sr. would enter dance competitions and had even won on a few occasions.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a Celebration of Life beginning at 12:00 noon at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home Chapel. An Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Clifford Dobbs officiating.

All friends and family are invited to the Harpeth Hills reception center inside the funeral home following the interment.
