Bobbie June Dillingham Anderson was born July 18, 1926. She passed away July 25, 2015 at the age of 89. She was the last child of Finis Ewing Dillingham and Emma Roberta (Miss Bobbie) Judd Dillingham. Born, raised and educated in the Dog Creek Community of South Cheatham County, Tennessee. She married Jesse L. Anderson, Jr., Pegram, TN, shortly after graduating from William James High School in White Bluff, TN, and they entered the US Army during World War II. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband CMSgt. Jesse L. Anderson, Jr., USA Retired; son, OS1 Michael F. Anderson USN Retired; sisters Mai and Mabel Dillingham; brothers, Buford, James, Paul, Dillard, Billy, and Earl Dillingham. She is survived by children Jesse Robert Anderson, Carolyn Elaine Anderson Bachura, June (Mark) Anderson Stevens and Patrick (Becky) David Anderson. Grandchildren: Jason Anderson, Cara June Strasser, Andy Steanson, James Steanson, Jake Anderson, Allie Kate Anderson, Laurie Stevens, Zachary Stevens, and James Stevens. Ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Wed. 4-7 p.m., Thur. 10-11 a.m., Service Thur. 11:00 a.m.; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Burial at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Pegram, TN at 1:00 p.m.
