Bobbie June Cochran of Fairview, Tennessee, passed away at her residence on Monday, April 13, 2020; she was 81 years old.
Bobbie is known for her beautiful singing voice. She sang on several Nashville radio stations and, on the Grand Ole Opry. Her father "Fiddlin Robert Howell" and Bobbie would often perform together.
Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Pauline Jackson Howell; brothers, Charlie, Paul, Wendell, Buford, James, and Robert Howell Jr., and by sisters, Rebecca Howell, and Francis Sanders; and by her daughter, Tanya Cochran.
She is survived by her daughter, Regina Gail Pitts; grandchildren, Michael Monday, Tamatha Hill, Crystal Wolk, Cheyanne Isabella Romero, Jayden Romero, and Joshua Romero; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Beulah Mae Cole, and Margaret Baird; and brother, Russell Howell.
A memorial service will be announced in the future.
