Survivors include her loving parents, Joseph Austin Millsap & Haley Elizabeth Maddux; grandparents, Harold & Susan Maddux & Christy J. Millsap Rose; Great Grandparents, Joseph E. and Rochelle L. Millsap, Harl L. and Dorothy A. Rose; Great-Great Grandmother, Rosetta Ledford; Uncle, Hunter W. Rose; Aunt, Brooke E. Rose-Blackburn; Maternal relatives are Uncles, Chris and Tyler Maddux and Aunt, Rachael Maddux.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration on Cadence's life will be conducted at 2:30 pm with Ryan Bennett (Pastor of Bethlehem UMC) officiating, Jane Kelley Watt playing piano and Celia Whitler singing. Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
