Carmello D. Whitworth- Age 35, of Nashville, passed away September 16, 2020.
On June 22, 1985, a beautiful baby boy was born and was named Carmello Destino Whitworth. Who knew that we now had an angel in our midst...?
As he grew into a handsome man, his gift of laughter touched everyone he came into contact with. As a boy, he described himself as the class clown. He was in a dance troupe and they made it on television. Of course, there was the happy angel making funny faces to the camera.
His teenage years were trying times, but he made it through. As he became an adult, he began to really find himself and see his talents more clearly. He was an accomplished guitarist. His cooking skills were amazing, but then so was he.
When he loved, he loved with a full heart. We are all deeply saddened to have lost our angel, yet we are all so thankful and lucky to have been in his presence. We love you, Carmello, as deeply and fully as you loved all of us. Thank you for all that you taught us about you, life, and that angels do exist. Rest in peace Mi Amor.
He is survived by his loving life partner Dawn Haley; beloved pets Jenny, Mija, Kiddo; mother Candelaria Whitworth (Steven Wiggins); father Patrick Whitworth (Jane Davis); sisters Jethsemane Orozco (Luis), Angelina Whitworth (Bryan Lara); nieces Celeste Orozco, Natalia Orozco; nephews Jeremiah Orozco and Julian Lara; tio Marcelino Lopez; primo Isaiah Lopez (Elizabeth Najar); cousin Lilliana Lopez; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family. He was predeceased by his, beloved pet Jake, grandmother Phyllis Whitworth, grandfather Robert D. Whitworth, Jr. and grandmother Carmen Vargas-Camposano
