Catalino Moreno Jr., age 78, Brentwood, April 10, 2015. Reno is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jackie Moreno; children, Tony Moreno, Marce Bettridge (Matt), Carmen Boone (Ward), Catalino Moreno III (Melissa), and Kathy Rosas (Ruben); 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; Reno is also survived by many family members and friends too numerous to count.

He served 9 years in the U.S. Army. He was the owner of Reno's for Hair for 44 years. Reno was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a soccer coach at St. Henry School, team captain for Perpetual Adoration, sang in the St. Henry Choir, a marathon runner, past president of Toastmasters International, and a deputy sheriff under Sheriff Fate Thomas. Reno was a mentor, teacher, inspiration, and blessing to his friends and family who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville from 4pm to 8pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. There will be a praying of the rosary starting at 7pm followed by an opportunity to share memories. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30am on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6401 Harding Pk. Interment will immediately follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
