Charles Wayne McReynolds of Spring Hill, TN, was born in Mansfield, Ohio on March 27, 1959, and departed on March 5, 2019; he was 59 years old.

Educating young people was Charlie's passion. He was employed as a teacher, athletic director and coach in private Christian schools for 10 years, then with Metro Nashville Public Schools for 17 years, serving as vice principal and executive principal with middle schoolers.

Preceded in death by his father, George Lester McReynolds, he is survived by his wife, Roberta (Bobbi) McReynolds; mother, Dora Lee McReynolds; children Michael L. McReynolds (Melinda), Stephen W. McReynolds (Abby) and Mindy A Warner (Courtney); sister, Deb (Peter); brothers, Greg (Carol) and Glen McReynolds; eight grandchildren: Jack, Luke, Owen, Tiago, Colt, Jude, Riley and Penny.

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 3-6 p.m., and again on Monday from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m., with a Celebration of Life beginning at 11:30 a.m.; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

He was a loving father, grandfather and brother and will be greatly missed.
