Charles Wayne Taylor

Charles Wayne Taylor Sr age 68 of Bon Aqua, TN passed away on February 25,

2024. He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances White, daughter Stacey Taylor sisters, Patsy Ivey, Norma Alexander and Cindy Caballero.

Wayne is survived by Sons Chuckie (Becky) Taylor, Brandon (Beth) Taylor, Josh Taylor and daughter Charlee (Brent) Fowlkes; brother Phillip (Myrna) Garrett; sister Johnnie (Don) Laster; grandchildren, Abby Taylor, Cheyenne Taylor, Brandon Taylor Jr, Gabe Taylor, Jayden Rodgers, Kaideyn Parker, Paradise Fowlkes, Nathalia Fowlkes, and Nevaeh Fowlkes; great grandchild Waylon Wayne Taylor and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Wayne, more often than not, referred to as "Santa" loved putting smiles on everyone’s face he met. His love for family and friends was only second to the love of the Lord. He never met a stranger and somehow would always find a way to be a relative. From spring to fall he could be found "Wetting a Line". As his fishing season slowed down his role of Santa's helper picked up. Every year the love from strangers as he would hand out candy canes and taking lists from kids brightened his days.

The joy he received from this would carry him to the next fall to start all over. He was loved by many and will be missed by family and friends.

Visitation for Wayne will be Thursday February 29, 2024, from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm with a Celebration of Life service on Friday March 1, 2024, at 10:00 am at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with burial to follow.
