Charles (Charlie) W. Harrison, 78, born on February 23, 1945, to the late Bill and Lola Harrison in Nashville, Tennessee. He went to be with our heavenly father on September 8, 2023.
He retired after 34 years with Metro Schools to spend more time with his family and precious grandkids.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lola Harrison and he was the youngest of five siblings that have all gone before him.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Polly Harrison and two daughters Gina (Lyndon) Satterfield, Lisa (Stephen) Murrell, and five grandchildren, Lyndra (Josh) Hobdy, Braydon (Mattie) Satterfield, Haley, Ben and Katey Murrell, and six great grandkids, Kinley and Kolton Johnson, Tucker Hobdy, Karson Murrell, Ava Adkins, and Montana Satterfield.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 10:00am to 11:00am with service to follow beginning at 11:00am. Burial will be at Hudgins Cemetery in Fairview, Tennessee at 12:30pm.
