Age 84, of Karnak, Illinois passed away April 2, 2017.
She was born in Manchester, TN to the late John William Mayton and late Laura Mae Hale. Also preceded in death by her sister, Marie Perry; brothers, Mack Mayton, John Mayton, Jr, James Mayton, Lewis Mayton & Jerry Mayton. Survived by her husband, Wayne Allen Clark; children, Larry Lane (Patty), Janice Jones, Mary Ann Lane, Donna Wethington, Johnny Lane (Kim); stepchildren, Pam McLelland (Tom), Kenny Clark, Allen Clark (Debbie) & Teddy Clark (Marcie); 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; brother, Vernon Mayton (Shelby); sister-in-law, Edna Mayton; best friend, Patsy Hall; lots of nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Life Celebration will be held 2:00pm, Thursday, April 6th with Pastors Joseph Lang & David Wright officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Wednesday & 12:00pm - 2:00pm, Thursday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
