Age 100, of Nashville, passed away June 25, 2019.
Clara was one of the first graduates of East Nashville High School. She was also member of Bellevue United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, James Brown Summar and Annette Kelly Summar; 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews; special friends Dr. Gary Smith, his wife, Dr. Ann Evers Smith and their son, Clem Smith and also Cam and Jerry Neal.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bellevue United Methodist Church.
A Life Celebration will be held 3:30pm, Saturday, June 29th. Visitation will be 5-8pm, Friday and 2:30-3:330pm, Saturday at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, 615-646-9292, harpethhills.com
