Age 92. July 26, 1922 - June 9, 2015. He is preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Elizabeth, his parents Eugene and Pearl Forehand, two brothers Fred and Gene, two sisters Catherine Patterson and Gertrude Harvey. He is survived by two daughters, Joyce (Don) Bowen of Birmingham, Alabama and Brenda Forehand of Franklin, grandsons Kevin (Krista), Bryan (Lara) and Craig (Candie) Bowen, all of Nashville, TN; six great-grandchildren, Butler, Evann, Brody, Macie, Kyler and Callan, all of whom affectionately called him "other great grand." He retired from Otis Elevator of Cleveland, Ohio. He was a member of the Bellevue Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 11th from 5 - 8 p.m. Funeral service will be on Friday, June 12 at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Phil Davis officiating. Internment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. All service and visitation will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 90909 Hwy. 100, Nashville, TN 615-646-9292.
