Cornellia Polk- mama and nana- age 75 passed away on November 25, 2023.
Preceded in death by son, Mitchell Polk; and mother, Virginia Estes Jones. Survived by husband, Felton Murray Polk, Jr.; daughters, Michele Sullivan (Rick), Tracy Henderson (Bert), Melanie Paulson (Pete); grandchildren, Chris Henderson (Jordan), Mitchell Henderson (Jessica), Chad Sullivan (Allyson), Kinsey Day (Wyatt); great-grandchildren, Isabella Henderson, Sophie Mack Sullivan, Reed Day, Elias Henderson; sisters, Linda Shavers, and Ann McPherson.
The family will receive friends starting at 9:30 am on Wednesday November 29, 2023, until the service time 11:30 am all held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home (Highway 100), Rev. Ken Polk officiating.
Interment following the service at Johnson Hollow Cemetery in Thompson’s Station, TN, Rev. Craig Batts officiating.
Pallbearers will be Bert and Chris Henderson, Rick and Chad Sullivan, Pete Paulson, and Wyatt Day.
