Dillard, Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn (Gibson), age 62, passed away peacefully in her home with her husband John holding her hand on June 21, 2020. She was born December 14, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to Stanley Milam and Wanda Patty.

Cindy worked for nearly 40 years at Metro Water Services where she had many, many friends and coworkers that she considered family. She had an infectious smile and an even better laugh. She never met a stranger and never hesitated to tell you what she was thinking. She was a devoted wife, an incredible mom and a friend to all. Upon her passing, it was discovered that she had written a favorite verse from the Bible on a notepad at her desk and it truly embodies who she was throughout her life.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband John, her devoted daughter Jennifer and son-in-law Nathan, mother Wanda Parrish and her new grand-dog, Stanley.

She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Milam, her grandparents on both her mother's and father's sides of the family and her beloved dogs, Buster and Yogi.
