She was born in Nashville, TN on July 29, 1966 to William and Peggie Mann.

Survivors include her loving husband of 20 years, John W. Fowler, children; Justin (Megan) Fowler and Josh Fowler, her parents; William & Peggie Mann, brother; Timothy Ray (Tiffany) Mann, one grandchild; Emma and mother in law; Dee Flynn.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM where a Celebration of Cynthia's Life will be conducted at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory gardens.
