HRASNA, Delores "Dee" –age 75, went to be with the lord on September 4, 2012. She was a member of the Hendersonville Church of Christ for many years. Dee was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had many hobbies but she was most passionate about spending time with her family, bowling, and watching the Braves play baseball. She enjoyed bowling so much her and Joe exchanged vows between lanes 15 and 16 at the local bowling alley. She was a very loving woman who had a gentle soul. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Miriam Young. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Joe Hrasna; children, Sharon Anthony Brett, Russell Carney DeeAnna, Cindy Stevens Bill, Susan Meissner Dave, Joe Hrasna, III, and Nancy Cooper Mike; grandchildren, Kayla and Kyle Anthony, Caleb and Addison Carney, Mason Stevens, Dylan Miessner, Joey Hrasna, Lindsey Willis, Michael and Andrew Halford, Melissa Thompson, and Samantha Stephens; great-grandchildren, Alexia and Byron Halford, Ava Thompson, Layla Stephens, Jackson and Benjamin Willis; brother, Stanley Young Sandra. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Alive Hospice for the love and care that they gave. A Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hendersonville Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3-8p.m. and 1-2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alive Hospice.
