Donald "Don" Haworth age 70 of Pegram, TN went to be with his heavenly father Wednesday, December 11, 2019. He was born February 4, 1949 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to the late Paul Franklin and Helen Arvilla (Jones) Haworth.

Don was and electronics engineer for the radio industry most of his career. He loved old movies and Big Band music. He is remembered by his family as a Jokester because he could always be found telling his perfectly timed movie quotes and using his sense of humor anywhere he could fit it in. He could fix just about anything and loved tinkering in his garage and building radios and other amazing creations, including but not limited to, a Tesla coil.

Don is survived by his wife of 49 years, Gloria Kay (Benson) Haworth; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Allan Haworth (Nicole Jean), Paul Franklin Haworth II (Stephanie Cheyenne) and Aaron Tyler Haworth (Autumn Marie); granddaughter, Zoe Angelica Haworth; grandsons, Tyler Kai and Jackson Alexander Haworth; brother, Stan Delahoyde; and nephew, Steven Delahoyde (Claire).

The family will receive friends from 12 - 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Frejosky officiating. In honoring Don's wishes, he will be lovingly cremated and his ashes will be returned to his homeplace.
