Dorothy Carroll, Age 90, died June 6, 2015.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Eugene Carroll, and brothers Sam Carpenter and Doug Carpenter.

She is survived by her children Mike Carroll and Janice Mosley; grandchildren Michael Carroll, Bill Mosley, Sarah Carroll, and Andrew Mosley; great-grandson Harrison Carroll; Nephews Jimmy Carpenter, Larry Carpenter, Wayne Carpenter and Glenn Carpenter; Nieces Nancy Felts, Kathy Carroll, Alice Marie Carroll, and Eileen White

Dorothy was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a founding member of St. Henry's Catholic Church, active member of the Bellevue Community Center Canasta Club, member of the Nashville Chapter of the Telephone Pioneers of America; she retired from South Central Bell Telephone Co. & AT&T, after 25 years of service.

Pallbearers will be Bill Mosley, Andrew Mosley, Michael Carroll, Glenn Carpenter, Wayne Carpenter, Larry Carpenter, John Mosley; Honorary Pallbearer will be Harrison Carroll.

The Carroll family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6401 Harding Pike Nashville, TN. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to American Diabetes Association, 220 Great Circle Rd #134, Nashville, TN 37228, in loving memory of Dorothy Carroll.
