Ketchum, Dorothy Lee Ballentine "Dot", Age 83

September 19, 2016, preceded in death by parents: Edward Watson and Minnie Lee Ballentine; husband of 57 years: Malcolm Sidney "Bill" Ketchum; brother: James Edward Ballentine; and sister: Margaret Ballentine Sullenger.

Survived by daughter: Deborah Lynn Ketchum; and son: William David "Bill" Ketchum; and several nieces and nephews.

Dot graduated from West High School in 1951. She retired from Merrill-Lynch after 30 years of service. Along with her late husband, Bill, they helped organize the Nashville Fire Buffs Box 55, which provides rehab services to the Nashville Fire Dept. She was a member of Charlotte Heights Church of Christ. The family would like to thank the staff at the Lodge at Natchez Trace for all their love and care.

Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday, with the Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. on Friday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
