Smith, Dorothy Vogliazzo, 90 years old, died December 29th 2015.
Married to the late L. Maxwell Smith for 67 years. Preceded in death by son Steven Maxwell Smith and parents Violet and Alfred Vogliazzo. Loving family includes, daughter Sandy Smith Scruggs (Randy), sons, Taylor Rhodes (Stacey) and Scott Smith (Jane) and grandchildren Whitney Taylor Rhodes, Lindsey Scruggs and Calvin and Jillian Smith. Mrs. Smith helped to co- manage Mr. Smith's "L. Maxwell Smith Interiors" on West End Avenue (current location of Bricktops) and also co-managed (with Mr. Smith) Brownledge Galeries on Crestmoor Avenue in Green Hills for over 30 years. She later co-owned with her daughter, "Lindsey's Doll Cottage" in Berry Hill for over 20 years. Special thanks to Rozelle, Elizabeth, Sherry, Nancy and Essence for all their care.
