Born in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 15, 1918, Dr. Frank Haskins DePierri, Jr. passed
away in Flagstaff, Arizona on May 10, 2016. He is the son of Frank H. DePierri, Sr. and Mabel White Dixon. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1941 and continued his education at the University of Louisville where he graduated from dental school. Frank joined the Army after dental school and was stationed at Fort McClellan in
Alabama. There he met Eunice Victoria Hudson (Vicki) who worked in the medical clinic. Vicki was the love of Frank's life. They were married August 4,1945. Following his service in WWII, Frank returned to Nashville and went into private dental
practice for 38 years. He retired from the United States Army in 1978 having reached the rank of Colonel. Frank retired from his dental practice 1984 and moved to Pensacola, Florida where he and Vicki enjoyed retirement for 20 years. In 2008, he moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, much to the delight of his Arizona family.

He is survived by his three children, Judith DePierri Bippus (Bill), Flagstaff, AZ; David Bernard DePierri of McAllen, Texas; Margaret Anne Zepernick (John), Thompson Station, TN; six wonderful grandchildren: Jennifer DePierri, Bryan DePierri and Jessica DePierri all of Texas; William DePierri of Tennessee; Brad Bippus of Arizona and Kirk Bippus of Colorado.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Victoria Hudson DePierri.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 10:00 am -12:00 noon at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Frank's life will be held at 12:00 pm.
