Mr. Earl Eugene Lampley, Sr. born August 25, 1932 of Pegram, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 21, 2018; he was 85 years old.
Remembered by his family as a kind, loving, generous, and giving man. His guiding principal was, "You have to be a good friend to have a good friend".
Mr. Lampley is preceded in death by his parents, Alex Horace and Thelma Catheryn Lampley; wife, Ellen Jean Lampley; brothers, Bobby Lampley, and William "Billy" Lampley.
Mr. Lampley is survived by his wife, Nattie J. Lampley, his children, Debra Vanfleet, Ann L. Alexander, Kathy Hall (Danny), Earl Eugene Lampley, Jr. (Kay), Kendra Edge; a brother, Don Lampley, thirteen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, March 23, 2018, 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm with a Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00 pm; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221.
