Elizabeth Mai Tidwell

Mrs. Elizabeth Tidwell age 77, of Fairview, TN. passed away on February 21, 2023, at NHC at the Trace, Nashville, TN.

Elizabeth was born on June 21, 1945, to the late William Richard Jones and Mable Louise Taylor Jones. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Reece Tidwell, siblings, Elisie Mangrum, Gloria Faye Curle, Evelyn Hunter and Doris Jones. Elizbeth was a very talented singer and songwriter and had worked for NES as a secretary for ten years but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Survivors include her brother, Bill (Rita) Jones and a host of loving nieces and nephews. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday, February 24, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm also on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 12:00 pm until service time at 1:30 pm with burial to follow. All arrangements will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN. 37221.
