Mrs. Emily Jane Brumit age 71, of Springville, Tennessee, passed away Sunday May 6, 2018. She was born November 11, 1946, in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Michael and Elizabeth Hurt.

Mrs. Brumit was preceded in death by her husband Herman Edward Brumit, III.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Herman Edward IV, and Laura Brumit, Anthony Wayne Huggins, and Debbie Rochelle, George Edward Brumit, and Steven Chris and Katie Huggins. Grandchildren, Natalie Rochelle, Kileigh Rochelle, Madison Huggins, Grace Huggins, Chloe Huggins, and Grayson Huggins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from twelve o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
