Emma Lea Turman

Mrs. Emma Lea Turman of Primm Springs went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2022 in her home with her loved ones by her side.

She was a member of Craigfield Freewill Baptist Church. She loved going to church and reading her bible. She loved her family and all her grandchildren. She loved working in her flowers, quilting and sewing when she was able. She quilted many quilts for people and made quilts for her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Willie A and Lucy Warren, husband, Lester Turman, brother Ellis Warren and daughter-in- law, Connie Turman.

Survivors include one daughter Janice (George) Smith, three sons, Donald Turman, Ronald (Evelyn) Turman and Larry Turman, sisters, Louise Bradford, Delvene Beard, Modine Barnhill, brother, Grover (Joan) Warren, grandchildren, David (Chandra) Smith, Joey (Renee) Turman, Steven (Stacey) Smith, Jenny (Brian) McBroom, Janet Smith, Cindy (Scott) Mangrum, Sarah (Allen) Welch, Casey (Kris) Mangrum, Cortney (Eric) Austin, Tracey (Amanda) Turman, twenty-one great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews.

Grandsons will be pallbearers with great grandsons as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation with the family will begin on Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm also on Monday, February 28, 2022 from 10:00 am until service time at 11:30 with Bro. Mike Mangrum officiating.
