Evelyn Marie Davidson, 78 passed away at her home surrounded by family on September 29, 2020. She is proceeded in death by her parents Charles and Ina Lucille Light, her husband and love of her life Paul Edward Davidson, 3 sisters and 5 brothers. She is survived by her son Troy (Penny) Davidson and her daughter Rhonda Davidson Furlough, grand daughters Adrienne (Garrett) Shular and Ammarie Furlough, great grand daughter and namesake Evelyn Shular, sisters Joyce Quinn, Wanda (Gunnar) Teidt, Ruth Norfleet and many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn was a hard working dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She was an outgoing, sweet, loving, generous, very strong and independent woman who loved and cared for her family more than anything. She loved cooking, gardening, canning, shopping, Titans football and she loved to travel with her family on ‘girls trips' to Florida and other vacation spots. She kept an immaculate house and if she spotted a bit of dust it was gone very quickly. In her early years she enjoyed being on a bowling league and as she got older she enjoyed playing video games moreso then her children and grandchildren did. It was well known among her children's friends that Evelyn was a phenomenal cook that kept a full pantry of tasty snacks on hand such as full sized snickers bars and cokes were always available at her house as well.

Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 4-8pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home and one Monday from 10-12pm with a celebration of life service to follow at 12pm at Harpeth a hills Funeral Home, internment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
