Huff, Evelyn Elizabeth, Born April 22, 1919; passed away peacefully at The Bridge at Hickory Woods on March 4, 2018. She was born to the late Thompson and Nellie Herron of Nashville, TN.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Huff is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 47 years, Morgan Wynn Huff(2013); her daughter, Sandra(2015); sister, Lucille; brothers Charles, Elmer "Bubba", and William "Finis"; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Sullivan(2011).
She is survived by her children, Larry Sullivan of Knoxville, TN, Harry Sullivan(Marcia) of Memphis, TN, Gregory Huff of Nashville, Kelly Parker(Mike) of Atlanta, GA, and Lisa Eason of Nashville; 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Huff is remembered for many things, especially, her interest in golf and her involvement in the community. It's no secret that she liked to entertain and was loved by all that knew her. She was a member of Hillwood Country Club for over 25 years and was chairman of the 9-hole golf group for several years. If she wasn't participating in a golf function she could be found volunteering at Cheekwood Botanical Garden or entertaining family and friends.
A Life Celebration service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service.
