ROBERTS, Evelyn Dianne Bolton- Age 63. March 12, 2012. Preceeded in death by husband, Larry Roberts and father, William Bolton. Survived by mother, SeaWillow Bolton; sister, Debbie Harbison Henry; brothers, Ralph Bolton Sheryll, Michael Bolton Jeanette, Thomas Bolton Diane, Johnny Bolton Gina; numerous loving nieces and nephews and great friends, Ron and Rita Stapleton. Born in Franklin, she graduated from Central High School in 1966. She retired in 2010 after dedicating 43 years of service to Bell South and AT&T. Her interests, aside from family, was sewing, crochet and knitting. During her time in treatment for cancer she crocheted hundreds of hats for fellow patients. Dianne participated in a clinical trial and was committed to helping the cause to cure cancer for those who would come after her. Dianne was an inspiration to all who knew her and will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be at 11am on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Dennis King officiating. Interment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation www.minniepearl.org.
