Floyd Aubrey Mottola, age 59 of Fairview, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the Residence at Alive Hospice, surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his father: Thomas J. Mottola; mother: Mary Aubrey Mottola; twin brother: Donald Thomas Mottola.

He is survived by a daughter: Elizabeth; sisters: Marguerite (David) Darrohn and Anna Marie (Robert) Dale; brothers: Thomas Floyd Mottola and Anthony Mottola; niece: Mallory Darrohn St. Charles; and nephews: Brandon Mottola and Spencer Darrohn.

Funeral Mass will be conducted on Saturday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, September 16 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.

Active Pallbearers will be Bill Adelman, Forest Beavin, Paul Beavin, Anthony Garrett, Wally Kemp and Leonard Suter.
