Frances Bernice West died at her residence in Nashville, Tennessee on December 17, 2015; she was 82 years old.

Mrs. West is survived by her husband of 60 years, Mr. Kenneth J. West, Sr.; daughter Karen West; sons Rex Daniel West (Marie), and Kenneth J. West, Jr.; brothers Raymond Shively (Lillian), and Jerry Shively (Sarah); sister Mary Ann Shively; grandchildren Dawn Harper Owens (Sam), Danielle Roberts (Larry) and Justin West; six great grandchildren; and fur baby Tilly.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 20, 3:00 - 7:00 and again Monday, 10:30 - 11:30, with a Celebration of Life beginning on Monday at 11:30 am; all at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
