POINDEXTER, Frank Marrs- age 89, of Hendersonville, TN passed away Friday, July 20 2012 at 5:30 p.m. A loving husband and World War II veteran, he was preceded in death by daughter, Frances Louise Poindexter, and survived by wife of 68 years, Mary Louise Poindexter. His surviving children are Paul Lee Poindexter Carolyn, John Mark Poindexter, Sr. and Sandra Lorraine Carpenter Ray; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren also survive. He loved fishing, gardening, and attending Hendersonville Church of Christ. A Life Celebration Service will be held on Monday, July 23, at 2p.m. in the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home. A private interment will be held at a later date.
