Gerald Allbert-Age 76 passed away July 21, 2020.

Gerald Allbert grew up in West Nashville, he came from an excellent family that showed and taught him the value Life, God and Family! Working hard and putting his heart into everything he did! He was a talented musician that created a band called the sting rays, an all American who enjoyed riding Harleys and collecting antique toy cars, he had an adventurous spirit, great friends and a kind heart, a man that was crafty with wood, over 30 years ran G and H car lot, helping people with needs of all sorts, business, charity and favors that never went unnoticed and his love for his children is a reflection of the character he had! Strong! Caring! Supportive! And Inspiring! The family bond he created will live on through his grandkids he loved with deep joy! The masterpiece of his life until his final breath was his adorable wife Lynn who loved him with all her mind, heart, and soul! like an eagle returning to his nest I am confident he his smiling down on us at this very moment!

Preceded in death by his parents Idell Perry Allbert and Oscar Ellis Allbert. Survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Lynn Allbert; children Tracy Allbert, Joshua Allbert (Maggie Smith) and Erica White (Mike); grandchildren Kaleb Crawford, Noah Allbert, Karlie Allbert, Priya Smith, Arianna Smith, Alex Allbert and Daniel Allbert; great-grandchildren Oakley Crawford; sister Lorretta Parris (Larry).

An Entombment will be 11:00am, Friday, July 24th at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 9:00am-10:45am, Friday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090, Hwy 100, Nashville, TN, 37221, 615-646-9292, harpethhills.com
