Preceded in death by his son Gerald A. "Tony" Winer. Survived by his wife of 45 years Mary L. Winer, children Barbara Albert (Paul), Tony Bobo and Dana Ragan (Mike), grandchildren Jeremy Coleman (Yuiko), Caleb Ragan and Heather Lynn (Matt), 5 great-grandchildren, brother David Winer.
