Glenn "Sam" Long - Age 74, of Nashville, TN passed away September 26, 2017.
Sam was a strong willed man that lived his life in his own way. He was an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. He enjoyed hunting and watching and going to Vandy football games and going to Waffle House with his friends. He was also a Patriot that served his country honorably in the United States Army. He also was a Christian man of the Presbyterian denomination.
Preceded in death by his parents, Helen Mae Danehart Long & Glen Harding Long. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dodie Long; children, Dawn Friton (Fred) & Matthew Long (Shannon); grandchildren, Parker Friton, Bailey Long, Tyler Long & Skyler Long; several extended family & friends.
