Greg Dotson, age 52, of Nashville went to hunt in heaven's fields Friday, July 19, 2019. He was born April 10, 1967 in Nashville, TN to Johnnie and Judy Dotson. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Judy Brehm Groom and brother, John Dotson.

Greg has worked for Metro School System for the past 19 years as a school bus driver. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who also loved riding his motorcycle and four-wheeler. Greg was a huge Nascar Fan; his favorite drivers were Dale Earnhart and Dale Earnhart Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Wenona Dotson; sons, Dale and Henry Dotson; father, Johnnie Dotson; sisters, Star Dotson, Cindy Buttrey, Kellie Boucher and Tiffany Dotson; brother, Jeff Dotson; and a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday from 10 - 1 p.m. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. A life celebration service will be held in the chapel of Harpeth Hills Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with Brother James Dean officiating. Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
