Survivors include her loving parents; Lisa (Josh) Mayo, Brady (Regina) Crews, brothers; Brock Crews and Jude Mayo, grandparents; Mark & Michele Kosiba, Larry & Julia Crews , Sandy McDowell and Jean Webster, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 11-2 PM at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Hannah's life will be conducted at 2 PM.
Burial will be private.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in loving memory of Hannah Ashlyn Crews.
