Herman Donegan, Jr, age 77 of Pegram, TN went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 23, 2015.

Herman was born in Fairview, TN on October 17, 1938 son to the late Herman & Minnie Donegan.

He retired from Nashville Electric Service after 36 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers Raymond Donegan, Billy Ray Donegan & Sterling Donegan; 3 sisters Imogene Donegan, Betty Jo Sensing & Frances Buttrey.

Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Cora (Betty) Donegan; children Larry (Judy) Donegan, Steven (Dawn) Donegan & Lisa (Estes) Knight; brothers Harse Donegan & Kenneth Donegan; 1 grandchild Ronnie Donegan; 3 great grandchildren Jessie Donegan, Cole Donegan & Matthew Barnard & a host of relatives.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home where a celebration of Herman's life will be conducted on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 10:00 am with an hour visitation prior to service.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers & former workers of NES will serve as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to your favorite charity or to the Jane Jones Cemetery Fund in loving memory of Herman Donegan, Jr.
