Preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 32+ years, Marilyn Hamm, Jack is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Baker; grandchildren, Jackie Crutcher (Kaycie), Chad Crutcher, and David Pullum (Stephanie); great grandchildren, Jackson Crutcher, Matthew Crutcher, Aidan Crutcher, Logan Crutcher, and Wyatt Pullum; brothers, Lester Hamm, and Mike Hamm (Pat); and sister, Patricia Riley.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 8, 2020, 2:00 - 2:45pm, with a Graveside Service at 3:00pm; all at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 37221.
