Jackie Lee Saulsgiver, age 76 of Nashville passed away Friday January 26, 2018. He was born October 1, 1941 in Bradford, PA to the late Joseph and Cora Saulsgiver.

Jack is survived by his wife Gloria Saulsgiver; sons Eric Saulsgiver (April) and Brian Saulsgiver (Emily); grandchildren Briana, Joseph, Caden, Baylee, Ally, Carl and Brooklin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters Sarah Van Scoter, Martha Johnston, Josephine Morrison and brothers James, Jacob Arthur, Charles and Dwight. Jack proudly served his country for over thirty years in both the United States Air Force and Navy. He was an active member of First United Pentecostal Church as well as American Legion Post #5 and the American Culinary Federation. Jack was an avid camper and fisherman. He took great pride in having taken his sons to all but one of the Tennessee State Parks and having introduced each of his grandchildren to the joy of fishing.

A celebration of Jack's life will be held Saturday, February 3, at 11:00am at First United Pentecostal Church, 7512 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 3:00pm at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First United Pentecostal Church.
