Preceded in death by his parents John and Virginia Burgess Hafner, brothers, Dan (Peggy), Joe (Bettye) Hafner; nephew, Larry Dale Murphy; niece, Anita Blanks, and great niece Haley Dale Murphy.
Mr. Hafner is survived by his wife, Sara, of 60 years. Also surviving include his sons, Jerry (Ginger) & Billy Hafner; mothers of his children, Dana & Colleen; grandchildren Faith, Ian, Zane, Gabrielle, Nicholas Hafner, Zea Martin; sisters, Elaine (Edsel) Brown, Katie Hafner (Buddy Johnson); brothers, Larry (Georgia) & Royce (Betty) Hafner, aunt, Dorthy Wooster & uncle, Hugh Burgess and special friends, David Reed, Paul Wingler, Julie Brown and many other buddies.
Mr. Hafner is retired from Aladdin Industries. He was a Mason and was Past Grand Commander.
Visitation is Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with a Masonic Service at 7:00pm. Funeral Friday, August 3rd at 11:00am with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service. Pastor Dickie Johnson and Masons will be pallbearers and honorary pallbearers. There will be an Arc of Steel at the graveside.
James Hafner was an avid golfer and loved his cigars and his 6 grandchildren.
