JOHNSON, James Harold "Jimmy"- Age 92, Franklin, September 6, 2012. A loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a veteran of WWII serving on Iwo Jima in the United States Army Air Force. Preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Elizabeth "Boots" Johnson. Survived by children, Costa Morgan of Franklin, TN and JoAnn Charlie Brooks of Hot Springs, AR; grandchildren, Kevin Felicia Morgan of Bluffton, SC, Barbee Edward Morgan of Brentwood, TN, Courtney Jimmy Hurt of Florence, AL and Caton Amanda Brooks of Memphis, TN; great-grandchildren, Cooper Morgan, Brody Morgan, Dawson Morgan, Alexis Morgan, Logan Morgan, Trey Hurt, Brooks Hurt, Holt Hurt and Lilly Brooks. The family would like to offer special thanks to The Maristone Assisted Living of Franklin and Avalon Hospice for their loving care. A graveside service will be at 3pm on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with Gayle Crowe officiating. Active Pallbearers: Charlie Brooks, Kevin Morgan, Ed Morgan, Caton Brooks and Jimmy Hurt.
