She is survived by her children, Tina Marie (Durand) McIntosh, Jeffrey Lee (Helen) Ponchillia, Christine Carell (John) Palmer, Richard Potter (Devi) Carell, Michael Joseph (Jennifer) Carell, Eily Carell (Charles) Nicholson; daughter-in-law, Traci Carell. also survived by 22 grandchildren, Taylor Christian Floyd, Savana lee Floyd, Jackson Ray McIntosh, Elizabeth Holly McIntosh, Ashlee and Paul Warford, , Dalton Alan Ponchillia, Aaron Fazzari, Gavin Michael Ponchillia, Gray and Bentley Palmer, Nancy Keen Palmer, Carell Palmer, Jack Monroe Carell, Hunter Nicole Carell, Regan Christine Carell, James Wiliam II Carell, Bennett Andrew Carell, Peyton Christian Carell, Justin William Carell, Emilie Elizabeth Carell & Austin Matthew Allen.

The funeral service to be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 am until service time at 12:00 noon.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Jim and Jan Carell Hope Center, 639 Lafayette St., Nashville to 37203 in loving memory of Janet K. Carell.
